Campaign review
Every campaign is reviewed before live donations are enabled.
Identity and beneficiary checks
We may require identity evidence, beneficiary consent, organisation information and bank-account evidence.
Payment controls
Payouts can be delayed or withheld while verification, disputes, fraud reviews or legal concerns are resolved.
Reporting
Users can report a campaign or donation concern for human review.
No guarantees
Verification reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every statement made by a campaign organiser is true or that every future event will occur as expected.
