Choose a cause that means something
People give more readily when they understand why the cause matters to you. It might be a local school, a family going through a hard time, or a community project.
Set a small, reachable target
A target such as $50 for each year of your age, or $1,000 for a wedding, gives people something to aim for.
Share it with the invitation
Add the link to your invitation or event page with a short note, for example: "Instead of gifts, we would love you to support..."
